Leader Technologies will provide real-time statistics for each e-mail campaign available anytime from your secure customer access center Web page. Email reports can be refreshed anytime to retrieve up-to-the-second results from your campaign. Here is a sample report:



Each e-mail report tracks the following e-mail campaign stats:
  • Total number of e-mail attempted
  • Total number of e-mail failed to send (hard bounces)
  • Percentage of e-mail failed to send (hard bounces)
  • Total number of e-mail successfully delivered
  • Total number of opened HTML e-mail
  • Percentage of opened HTML e-mail
  • Total number of unsubscribed e-mail addresses
  • Percentage of unsubscribed e-mail addresses
Each e-mail report tracks the following click-through stats:
  • Total Click-Throughs
  • Total Unique Click-Throughs
  • Total Click-Through Rate
  • Average Total Clicks/Address
  • Average Unique Clicks/Address
  • Click-Throughs by Link
In addition, Leader Technologies automatically tracks the individual click-through behavior for each e-mail recipient. Each link in the email is individually tracked, so further reports can be generated to show who clicked on each link in the e-mail. Utilizing this advanced tracking, you can target recipients who have responded favorably to previous e-mail campaigns or market to specific sub-sets of your original send list.
