Daz3D Engages Leader Technologies to Convert its Casual Web Visitors to Become More Active Customers Through Email Marketing
Newport Beach, CA - Leader Technologies Incorporated announced today that is has signed an agreement with Daz3D, the leader in providing 3D Graphic Design Art to the masses, to use Leader’s ePowerMail triggered email marketing system to help convert its more casual users to active purchasers of its products.
Leader and Daz have worked closely to design a series of emails that will encourage people to visit the Daz 3D web site and download trial versions of its software. These emails will also target people that haven’t purchased products in awhile and reengage them with Daz.
Automated communications will be established between the companies so that email records will be downloaded from Daz’s customer database to Leader’s internal system on a daily basis. The ePowerMail system will match each record, based on a number of variables established by Daz, to the appropriate email and send emails that will reach a very defined recipient. Daz has performed extensive research to segments its customers into various categories. Each category of user will receive a unique series of emails designed to help the user get more out their existing Daz3d products, to encourage users to purchase additional 3D figures, or to upgrade to full versions of their software.
With so much spam email being sent today, it continues to be a challenge to get emails delivered to people that actually want to hear from companies about their products or services. Leader provides a suite of services to help ensure emails make it through to the recipient’s in-box. Daz personnel will be able to monitor the delivery of emails through major Internet Service Provides through Leader’s Customer Information Access Center or CIAC. Through the CIAC, activity for every email sent is tracked and reported on. Features include tracking the number of emails attempted, the number that are opened, the number of click-throughs on each link, and comparing these results against industry standards. Leader presents these results both in real-time and in easy-to-read reports which provide a “quick glance” overview at the success of the campaign. Leader works with each customer to improve these metrics to design emails that deliver the right message to the right person at just the right time.
Daz has commented that one of the most valuable aspects of Leader’s ePowerMail system is the robust reporting that is part of the service. Previously Daz personnel would have to import the results of each email into spreadsheets to determine the success of a campaign. With Leader’s service that data is available within minutes of launching a campaign and is updated throughout the life of the campaign. All aspects of the campaign are available through the CIAC on a 24/7 basis. From these results, Leader and Daz will work together to fine tune each series of emails to make them even more effective.
Leader’s ePowerMail system contains a number of features that make it easy for companies to set up a sequence of emails to be delivered to a designated audience based on a variety of business rules. This makes it easy to reach out to customers with consistent and relevant messages without the need to build and deploy one-off email campaigns. Email templates can be developed and business rules applied that allow Leader to send emails at regular intervals to users that interact with Daz in a variety of ways, from downloading trial versions of its software, to purchasing 3D models through its online store. Each email brings a specific message to each segmented user. This rules-based process allows Daz to send unique messages for different products and services.
Nelson Greenwood, Vice President of Marketing for Leader Technologies said, “Leader and Daz 3D have been working together to develop strategies that will help Daz increase the percentage of people that use trial versions of their software to purchase the product before the trial expires and to help users that are considered low activity users to become more consistent purchasers of Daz 3D products”. “We are excited to be able to help Daz reach their goal of bringing advanced 3D computerized art to the general public. Our email marketing services will definitely help them do so”, added Greenwood.

Albuquerque, New Mexico - Leader Technologies Incorporated announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Lenovo Computers for Leader to provide additional product registration services for Lenovo’s computer products worldwide.

Leader Technologies and Dell Enter into a Long Term Product Registration Agreement
Newport Beach, California - Leader Technologies Incorporated announced today that it
has entered into a multi-year agreement with Dell Inc., the global leader in
personal computers, to integrate Leader's PowerREGISTER electronic registration
system on its computers that are sold through retail channels throughout the world.
Dell will use Leader's number one selling PowerREGISTER “Webview” service to help
its customers quickly register their Dell Computers. The PowerREGISTER system will
be translated into over 35 languages, including double-byte and right-to-left
reading languages, and will support product registration worldwide. Leader will also supply Dell with its new Registration Incentive
Portal. The Registration Incentive Portal will allow Dell to offer
different products or services based on multiple parameters such as the
type of computer purchased, the country where it was purchased, and the
user’s preferred language. Focusing offers in this manner will provide a
distinct set of incentives for customers to register their computer. Incentives offered during the registration process will be fulfilled
immediately upon completion. Examples of some of these incentives are offers for free
one-to-one software help sessions, discounts on guaranteed buyback plans, cloud
based data storage and backup, and discounts on other Dell products.
Increasing the percentage of people that register their Dell computer will result in
quicker and better customer support as a user’s record will be immediately available
to the customer support representative should that person contact Dell for
assistance.
“Dell has built an incredibly loyal group of customers partially because of the
way it originally sold computers”, said Nelson Greenwood, Vice President of Sales
and Marketing at Leader Technologies. “People spoke to a Dell representative as they
were configuring and buying their computer. Dell knew its customers and understood
what they liked or didn’t like about its products. This interaction created strong
customer loyalty. Now, for those products sold through the retail channel, Dell
doesn’t know who the actual end user of the computer is until that person registers.
Our PowerREGISTER software will help Dell increase the number of customers that
actually submit the registration form and from that point on, Dell can enhance the
customer relationship. We are extremely pleased to have Dell join the growing number
of companies using our PowerREGISTER product registration and CRM services” added
Greenwood.
