 Messages can be created using simple html templates so that no high level training is needed in order to build and deploy new messages or update existing messages. Of course, messages can also be designed and created by your art department to reflect your specific design aesthetic and brand. The Message Management Portal is a very user-friendly interface that allows you to upload and view messages and set the delivery criteria.
Messages can be targeted to exactly the right customer based on multiple criteria such as product, model, geographic region, language or other variables. The LTCM client and Leader's backend service communicate to make sure these targeted messages reach the desired LTCM client.
Messages can contain start and end dates ensuring that the message content never exceeds its life cycle. For example, promotional messages only appear during certain holiday periods, or warranty plan messages are displayed during a certain time period.
Message Management Portal makes it easy to build, edit, segment and target your messages ensuring they reach the most appropriate LTCM client audience.
