Implementing an electronic
registration system
is a natural step in acquiring information about your most valuable
asset, your existing customer. By including the PowerREGISTER system
with your products, you will dramatically increase customer registration
response rates and discover how your customer feels about the installation
and setup process. Because the registration application is usually
run during product installation, and because it is presented to the
user when their interest level is high (the product is new), there
is a high probability the user will register. We see registration
rates ranging from 30% to 70% for products using the PowerREGISTER
system.
This process begins the crucial one-to-one dialog between you and
your customer. By incorporating product upsell or bounce back offers,
the manufacturer can leverage the registration process to generate

The registration information collected is provided to the manufacturer
on a regularly scheduled data feed in a format that easily imports
