Leader securely maintains all registration records collected on behalf of the manufacturer. Data is consolidated into a database unique to each manufacturer, backed up onto external media on a nightly basis and moved to a secure off site location once per month. Leader can also act as the manufacturer's main repository for all end user or customer information. A custom SQL database is created and maintained for each manufacturer. Then, various data hygiene is performed on the data such as de-duplication of multiple records, email validation and merge/purge. All registration data is the property of the manufacturer and not in anyway that of Leader Technologies. Leader never sells the manufacturers' data, makes it available to any outside person or entity (other than Affinity Marketing alliances approved by each manufacturer) or used in any third party or third source database. The entire registration database can be provided to the manufacturer on transportable media at any time.
