From our technical services facility located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Leader maintains an infrastructure that allows it to capture millions of registrations per day, seven days a week, twenty-four hours per day. Multiple T1 and level-one servers, along with an extensive modem bank and X.25 network are employed to capture incoming customer registrations via direct on-web registration, FTP registration, email registration, direct dial modem registrations, as well as printed fax and mail-in forms. Each registration is uniquely identified by product and manufacturer and consolidated into a single database. Records are then provided to the manufacturer on a reoccurring nightly, weekly, biweekly or monthly data feed in a format that easily imports into the manufacturers' in-house database.

In addition, each question or data field is uniquely tagged. This allows our servers to further identify exactly which product is being registered and respond, if required, accordingly. Product upsells, bounce back offers, email correspondence or other functions are automatically initiated for each individual registration received.

All registrations are processed by Leader Technologies and provided in a format that will import into your existing database. Or, Leader can house your registration database in-house and merge this data with manufacturer's other database resources as required. Leader can then provide a host of services to insure your data is in its best shape and ready for use in direct mail, e-commerce, data mining or other uses.

Web Based Registration - The PowerREGISTER client application directly links the end user to a web based registration page that are built and maintained by Leader Technologies and which reside on Leader Technologies’ servers. Registration pages typically reside at Leaders’ generic web registration home page, www.onlineregister.com/xyzmanufacturer. The look and feel of each web registration page retains that of the manufacturer providing consistency between the client and the web registration page. Custom URLs can be created and maintained by Leader Technologies on behalf of the manufacturer.
