Reports are created for all data that is collected through our registration systems or imported from external data sources. A full suite of reports are automatically generated in real time or on a nightly bases. All reports are immediately available through the Customer Information Access Center or CIAC (pronounced kayak).
Reports are displayed based on any data field that is collected during product registration or from databases that are imported.
A list of typical reports is:
Where and when each product was purchased
Where the product will be used (Office / Work / Home Office / Etc)
 Opt-in status of each user
Valid email addresses for each user
Which product is being registered
Age, gender and other demographic information

A custom SQL database is created for each manufacturer customer. Each field or data point in the database is uniquely tagged and as such, individual or ad-hoc queries can be made into the database in real time through our unique Data Explorer Tool.
The Data Explorer allows a manufacturer to drill down into their data to get a better understanding or clearer picture of its customer or of any data contained in the database. A typical Data Explorer query might be:
"show all persons that came into the database between August 2009 - September 2010, were Male, between the Ages of 18 - 25."
The Data Explorer will return these results in just seconds. Each unique query can be saved for future one-click queries. With the Data Explorer, all of your customer and registration data is instantly available for analysis and review.
