The PowerREGISTER system contains features and functionality that allows the manufacturer
to turn a simple registration collection process into a true e-commerce
and CRM(customer retention management) system. The PowerREGISTER system
is designed to recognize exactly which product is being registered
and present an interactive bounce-back, cross sell or email campaign
accordingly. If registering a printer, the user is presented offers
for supplies; if registering a disk drive, the user is presented with
offers for media; if registering a software title, the user is presented
with offers for compatible titles, and so forth.
The manufacturer can structure automated email responses and email
campaigns based on a variety of selection criteria. Once the email
message is designed or the bounce back offer is created, the response
is automatic each time a customer registers. "Thank You for Registering"
messages or "Special Offer" emails are generated automatically. Also,
specified URL "landing pages" can be incorporated into the registration
process, moving the user to a manufacturer's online store or catalog
during or after the registration process. Any special redemption coupons
or offers can be included as part of the registration.
