From our technical services facility located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Leader Technologies maintains an infrastructure that allows it to capture millions of records every day, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Multiple t1 and fiber optic lines provide enough capacity to process virtually an unlimited number of registrations and provide communications back to the end user before, during and immediately following the registration process.
Each registration record is uniquely identified by product and manufacturer and consolidated into a single database. All data is reported on via a custom web based dash board and also provided back to the manufacturer in any frequency required, from within just seconds of registration, to nightly, weekly or monthly data feeds in virtually any format so that it easily imports into the manufacturers' in-house database(s). Leader has extensive experience in formatting data so that it imports directly into various databases from providers such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com, RightNow and others.
Each data field within a registration record is uniquely tagged which allows Leader to further identify which product is being registered and respond, when required, with targeted communications during and after registration. Typical commumication streams include product upsells, cross-sells, bounce back offers, email correspondence or other functions that are automatically initiated when a registration record is received.
All registration data is housed in Leader's facility which was constructed from the ground up to collect and manage data. Other sources of a company's data can be imported by Leader and a host of data cleansing and data hygiene services can be provided to insure the data is in its best shape and ready for use in e-commerce, direct mail, data mining and other uses.
All customer data is backed up nightly and moved offsite to a secondary, secure location multiple times each week. A secondary set of data collection and data processing servers is maintained out of state for redundancy and additional backup purposes.
